Back To The Wild
Partner in the rehabilitation of Orangutans
Programme Objectives
This residential program offers students a unique opportunity to partner in an on-going
conservation programme to rehabilitate and release orangutans into the Kubah National
Park, Sarawak.
In this educational experience that is embedded in an on-going programme, students
actually engage with people seriously committed to rehabilitation of rescued orangutans and
sun bears. They have an opportunity to observe and work on different aspects related to
animal welfare like husbandry and enrichment. They will also engage with children from local communities in an educational program of deep impact for both student groups.
